Intervention 1: first intervention group: role-play education approach by 3 hours. Intervention 2: second intervention group: multimedia education approach for a week. Intervention 3: control group: n

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: has hospital internship experience; no previous record of mental and psychological disorders; no bad news received in the last 3 months (death in the family, diagnosis with incurable diseases, self-disability or similar cases in the family); and no previous participation in courses or workshops regarding the skills of breaking bad news. Excluding criteria: receiving bad news in the period between entry and post-study phase; no participation in teaching processes or tests; using multimedia packages for less than 3 hours; Similar training courses in conjunction with this study; refusal and lack of interest.
