Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: CABG surgery patients with heart bypass; diabetic patients; patients with EF more than 30% Patients with BUN lower than 30 mg / dl; Patients with serum creatinine less than 5 mg / dl1.5 Exclusion criteria: Age over 70 years; The combined surgical procedure; reoperation; The use of balloon pump; hyper-thyroidism; patients with contraindications for use dopamine such as pheochromocytoma; dialysis for history of Renal Failure; patients with serum creatinine equal to or more than 1.5 dl / mg; patients with EF equal and less than 30%, patients with BUN more than 30 dl / mg; patients with kidney and liver problems; patients who we had to use a higher dose of 0.05 isotropic in the operating room and ICU; The left ventricular dysfunction

MeasureTime frame
Renal function. Timepoint: At 7am in the first ,second and third days after surgery and 1 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: CR,BUN,K ,Cr CLEARANCE.;Clearance Cr. Timepoint: At 7am in the first ,second and third days after surgery and 1 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: : (140-age)× wt / 72× Pcr (in female × 0.85) = Cockroft.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Check intake and output. Timepoint: during 8 pm to 8 am after operation and 24 hrs after 8 am. Method of measurement: by ICU sheet.
