Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: bachelor's or master's degree in nursing or midwifery; care of infants for six monthsat at the work; the willingness to participate in the study; having at least data for work with a computer; access to the Internet. Exclusion criteria: nurse's unwillingness to participate in the study; change unit at the time of the study.
