Conditions

Condition 1: mucositis. Condition 2: dry mouth (xerostomia). Oral mucositis (ulcerative) due to antineoplastic therapy Disturbances of salivary secretion

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: in addition to routin treatment,they will do mouthwash with 10 cc black mulberry juice, three times in a day, 30 min before each three main course. Intervention 2

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Persons with over 18 years of age 2- Ability to stablishing verbal communication 3- Receiving first course of chemotherapy treatment with taxol 4-Recieving 3-10 score in dry mouth questionnaire and receiving at least grade one according to WHO global index for mucositis with oncologist confirmation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Cancer metastasis 2-?Diagnosis of candidastomatitis, lichen planus, pemphigus 3- Having allergy to black mulberry 4-Patients with Nasogastric tube 5- Smoking or alcohol consumption 6- Diagnosis of chronic or acute renal failure 7- Diagnosis of systemic disease effected on Salivary glands like diabetes and Shogren 8- Receiving Midazolam mediciene 9-Diagnosis of chronic disease of liver like hepatitis? Cirrhosis

Mucositis. Timepoint: Mucositis is measured before the intervention and first,seventh and fifteenth day of intervention. Method of measurement: WHO global index for assessment of mucositis.;Dry mouth (xerostomia). Timepoint: dry mouth (xerostomia) is measured before the intervention and first,seventh and fifteenth day of intervention. Method of measurement: dry mouth questionnaire.
