Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: being pregnant age between 18-45 years single pregnancy Elementary education

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: incidence of pregnancy complications such as bleeding,blood pressure,preterm delivery,intrauterine death Incidence of sudden events during the intervention, such as the loss of first degree relatives and occupations emergency cesarean section being absent in two sessions of counseling sessions
