Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Men aged 20-45 with at least one year of idiopathic infertility There is at least one of the three criteria for sperm disorder (number-movement-morphology-volume of semen)The presence of idiopathic oligo-spasm disorders based on WHO criteria. The presence of sperm count is less than 15 million per ml and in general less than 39 million is called in the oligo-spermic semen.The presence of idiopathic osteonospermia disorder based on WHO criteria (if the percentage of normal sperm motility in semen is less than 40%) is called astenospermia.The presence of idiopathic teratospasm disorders based on WHO criteria (if the percentage of spermatozoa with normal morphology in semen is less than 4% is called teratospasm) Patient Satisfaction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is severe oligospermia or azoospermia (sperm count less than 5 million per ml) An Overview of Epididymal Prostatitis - Troma-Thoracic Tesules - Surgeries in the Iygoeno Scrotal Region Presence of a Pretesticular Disorder, such as Endocrine Disorders (Hyperprolactinemia, Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, ...) There are chromosomal abnormalities such as macrodilution in the chromosome y, and such as Klein Fletcher, Men XX, XYY The presence of a known Testicular disorder such as varicocele or orchitis or cryptorchidism There is a known post-testicular disorder, such as mechanical obstruction, impaired sperm transmission, or functional cavity obstruction, vasectomy ...... There is a history of receiving a drug for the treatment of infertility in the last three months There is a history of receiving medications that affect semen in the last three months Abnormal testosterone and gonadotropins and serum prolactin Abnormal thyroid hormones (Hypothyroidism or Hyperthyroidism) History of taking anti-metabolites and alkylating agents The history of cancer and chemotherapy and radiotherapy Cases of chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disorders Genital tract infection Taking cytotoxic drugs, immunosuppressives, androgens or anti-androgens, alcohol and opioid use Liver failure Severe renal insufficiency BMI>=30kg/m2 Severe neurological and psychological illnesses (history of stroke) History of lupus or family history
