Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: affective disorders lead to hospitalization in psychiatric wards; age 18 to 65 years; having informed consent. Exclusion criteria: substance abuse; schizophrenia; previous treatment with electroconvulsive therapy; having psychosis
