Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Ages 2 to 24 months; distress score greater than or equal to 6; the patient is first episode of acute bronchiolitis. Exclusion criteria: patient's unwillingness or inability to execute commands for the study; a history of allergic reaction to dexamethasone; a known heart or lung disease; premature birth (Age less than 36 weeks); immunodeficiency or immunosuppression; treatment with corticosteroids within 14 days recent Varsylay active or recent exposure to it.
