Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: To participate in the study have informed consent;Has an undergraduate degree in Nursing or a Master's and higher; In one of the hospitals in Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences is working;A minimum of 2 months ago in one of the sections (internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics), hospitals are working Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences; In the past month, more than 2 weeks sick leave or not to be; Speech and hearing is not a problem; Effective drugs on the psyche of the consumer; The mid-range and high job stress. Exclusion criteria: To continue participating in the study to be deterred;In other stress management workshop have participated in the execution; During the study went on leave or transferred to another hospital or department; More than 10% of workshop time (1 hour) training is not present; When the study is a major life stress.
