Control group: test their blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin at baseline and after twelve weeks.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 6 to 18 years old diabetics children; having clinics document; Exclusion criteria: having severe physical and mental illness; lack of cooperation in the study; parents being health care staff
