capsule 40mg prepared of extract saffron once brfore angiography inthe group saffron.capsule lemon 40mg once brfore angiography inthe grouplemon.in the mixed group capsule 40mg containing 20mg saffron
in the control group, there will be placebo combined of starch and sucrose.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Angiography candidates; hospitalization 24 hours prior to angiography; age between 55-70 years; non-consumption of chemical drugs for anxiety reduction; lack of sensitivity to saffron and lemon verbena; non-consumption of tea or any other drinks during this time; first-time angiography; non-emergency angiography; non-existence of bleeding disorders; lack of lactation-pregnancy; lack of addiction; no history of anxiety or treatment for anxiety Exclusion criteria: patients who are referred for angiography in the morning; consumption of sedations or tea; sensitivity to herbal medicines; and non-willingness to continue to participate in the study
