Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for samples to be taken in to consideration is their nationality as Iranian, the age ranged between 15 - 18 and having no stressful event as death and illness of their family members during last 6 months. The exclusion criteria in the study is their non inclination to participate in the training and will be experience stressful event during the intervention.
