Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1- Obese women aged 18-50 years old 2- Agreed to study 3- No special diet due to illness 4- Failure to perform surgery to reduce weight 5- Lack of psychiatric disorders 6- Lack of medication to reduce weight 7- no pregnancy or lactation Exclusion criteria: 1- Failure to complete a food frequency questionnaire (less than 50% items) 2- The risk of serious illness during the period 3- Non-compliance with the guidelines
