Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: An active member of one of the Judo teams. A history of membership for at least one year in relevant sports. Having diploma as minimum level of education.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not attending in intervention sessions for more than three sessions. Dissatisfaction to attend an intervention. History of psychological disorder and physical disability.
