Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: 18–65 years confirmed diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) mild to moderate CTS pain intensity =4 on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) experienced CTS symptoms for at least 3 months. Participants must be willing and able to provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Prior CTS Surgery Other Upper Limb Disorders Systemic Diseases Pregnancy Concurrent Treatments Severe CTS Contraindications to TECAR Therapy
