Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Married women living in Tehran, Iran; 2. Referred to hospitals and health centers of research; 3. Women who had not ever cesarean delivery; 4. The lack of any hazardous conditions and history of reproductive complications for vaginal delivery; 5. Age range 18-45 years old. Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of access to samples for any reason, including phone transfer; 2. Not answering the phone after 3 phone calls.
