Conditions

Radiculopathy. Nerve root and plexus compressions in diseases classified elsewhere

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group will treat with Metformin 500mg daily and Pregabalin 75mg daily. Intervention 2: Control group will treat with Pregabalin 75mg daily.
Treatment - Drugs
Intervention group will treat with Metformin 500mg daily and Pregabalin 75mg daily
Control group will treat with Pregabalin 75mg daily.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:1;patients with subacute and chronic radiculopathy based on Emg Ncv and clinical presentation according to international classification of disease in range of 20-60 years old ;2;patient's consent for participation in survey Exclusion criteria:1;having diabetic polyneuropathy or other polyneuropathy such as uremic,Vit B1dificiency or thyroid neuropathy and...2;using other drug that is effective in radiculopathy such as Gabapantine or TCA and...3;taking other medication for radiculopathy 4;patient's refusal to continuing the treatment 4; having Red flag for tumor and infection 5;patient's death
