Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Class= 1,2 Candidate for craniotomy due to supratentorial tumors 18-65 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Rheumatologic diseases Consuming anti inflammatory medications Allergy to the medications prescribed during the study History of taking beta blocker or calcium channel blocker medications, or vitamin supplements Probable need of transfusing more than 4 units of packed red blood cell during the surgery

Serum Glutathione peroxidase level. Timepoint: Before anesthesia induction in operating room and at the end of the surgery in post anesthetic care unit.
