Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of chronic congestive heart failure of the type of heart failure with reduced EF and EF less than 40 Informed consent to participate in this research project Ability to complete the questionnaire Cardiac function classification including class two to three Complaint of fatigue Age 40 to 80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Having a cognitive and mental disorder Having another chronic and debilitating illness Constant smoking and drug use Having diabetes mellitus Having advanced liver and kidney disorders and cancer Acute heart disease conditions as diagnosed by the relevant specialist
