Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (a) being infertile; (b) gaining at least score of 80 based on Spielberger anxiety questionnaire. Exclusion criteria: (a) having mental disorders other than anxiety; (b) using anti-anxiety medications or herbal medicines; (c) having history of asthma or allergy; (d) having impaired sense of smell
