Inclusion criteria: (Inclusion Criteria:Being Admitted to Hospital Intensive Care Units? an Oral Endotracheal Tube and Connected to a Ventilator With Volume Mode? The Minimum Age of 18 Years and Maximum 60 Years? Systolic Blood Pressure Greater Than 100 and Less Than 140? Less Heart Rate of 100 Beats Per Minute? Oxygen Saturation Greater Than 90%) (Exclusion Criteria:Need to Suction More Than 3 Times? Diseases and Blood Coagulation Disorders? Thrombocytopenia?Not Paralyzed Patient? Underlying Respiratory Disease? Particularly Narcotic Drugs and Muscle Relaxants)
