Intervention 1: Diagnostic trans-vaginal ultrasonography once on the first day and then hysteroscopy once on the second day. Intervention 2: Each patient will be examined with both diagnostic approach

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (a) being infertile; (b) more than one year has passed from the infertility; (c) infertility due to the woman's somatic disorders Exclusion criteria: having hormonal dysfunction in infertile woman.
