Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Shoulder dislocation with or without trauma Patients over 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients over 70 years old The presence of fracture along the dislocation Chronic kidney and liver disease Systolic pressure less than 90 mmHg Heart rate less than 60 times per minute
