Inclusion criteria: Having a desire to collaborate in studying at work experience of at least 12 months in Haftom Tir Hospital Having a bachelor's degree in nursing more Than 4 months ago during a pretest test.

Exclusion criteria: mental illness Psychiatric drug Acute stress in the last six months
