Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old Head trauma patients with decreased level of consciousness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Intrusive Trauma The distance between the injury and the ambulance will be more than 30 minutes Burn
