Intervention 1: Intervention group: When the COWS score is 13 or more, start Buprenorphine at dose of 2 mg sublingual, and adjust the dose base on withdrawal score, taper the drug from 4 or 5 days aft

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 12 to 16 years old opioid dependency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug hypersensitivity Another major psychiatric disorder
