Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: The elder men and women above 60 year old that have MS and live in Kahrizak hospice. Gaining the point of fatigue above 36 from Fatigue Severity Scale. Inclusion criteria: Being in attacking stage of disease. Unwilling to participate in meetings lass than 10 meeting for any reason.
