Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:have at least read and write;13 to 32 weeks gestational age; low-risk pregnancy;The lack of vaginitis Exclusion criteria :Failure to attend a training session;The unwillingness of people to continue to participate in the study
