Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: outpatient chemotherapy with 1-3 hour infusion; moderate to severe emetogenic drug; the second chemotherapy cycle and after; age >18y; GCS=15; no history of psychological disorder; good hearing; being moslem Exclusion criteria: inpatient chemotherapy; infusion time more than 3h; low emetoginc drug; the first chemotherapy cycle; chemoradiation
