30 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Age between 30 and 90 years; patients candidate by physicians for open heart surgery (coronary artery bypass graft, with or without valve surgery) ; having sinus rhythm in ECG before surgery; provide informed written consent; Do not use vitamin supplements containing antioxidants or omega-3 supplements and don't use of fish oil in the last three months ; Now is not pregnant; Known allergy or intolerance fish oil and vitamin C ; comorbidities such as chronic rheumatoid arthritis, malignancy, chronic renal failure, severe liver failure (serum creatinine> 2.0 mg / dL), and recent infection Exclusion criteria: Sensitivity to omega-3 and vitamin C (during studies) or severe gastrointestinal side effects (diarrhea) ; Currently is pregnant ; for a heart transplant or ventricular assist devices are planned ; Now reluctant to provide information and is not satisfied ; use of anti-arrhythmic drugs class 1 and 3 ; congenital heart Diseases ; CPR during or after surgery
