Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-70 years awareness of time and place hearing ability the patient must have been hospitalized in the emergency room for at least 2 hours and must have been hospitalized in the general cardiac or CCU wards for at least 2 days Also, the patient must have current or previous trauma experience based on patient questioning
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Need for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, unwillingness to cooperate patient migration to another city interventions such as heart surgery and cardiac catheterization history of confirmed mental illness and cognitive impairment (such as dementia and Alzheimer's) participation in other similar studies during the study (such as self-care education and rehabilitation) hemodynamic instability receipt of psychiatric services (including medication and psychological counseling and medication), history of anxiety problems (receipt of medication or psychotherapy interventions), use of sedatives
