Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No malignant tumor on the head and face Has comprehensible literacy and verbal power Ability to recognize and comprehend at the natural level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having cold during treatment Acute recurrence of rhinosinusitis
