Intervention 1: Intervention group: 8 weeks gestalt growth program. Intervention 2: Control group: waiting list.

18 Years to 51 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: female Marriage for at least 6 months and living with a spouse at the moment age range of 18 - 51 years secondary school education. low sexual arousal/interest disorder based on DSM-5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed thought and mood disorders Participation in psychotherapy or sexual training at a time, unwillingness to participate in group therapy, Any drug use, psychotropic and alcohol, Occurrence of divorce or intention to divorce during the duration of the study Withdrawal from the treatment group at any time of the study, Absence in two or more sessions, Gynecological/urological conditions , cancers and diseases which interfere with sexual function Attempt for pregnancy Menopuase

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Female sexual function. Timepoint: pre and post intervention. Method of measurement: female sexual function index.;Body image. Timepoint: pre and post intervention. Method of measurement: Fisher body image Questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Self efficacy. Timepoint: pre intervention post intervention. Method of measurement: Sherr Self efficacy questionnaire.
