This research will be done by cross over study, after obtaining informed parental consent and control inclusion criteria, for every 2 infants will randomizing by card to get in one of two semi elevate

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Babies 30-34 weeks that admitted in the neonatal Intensive Care Unit, due to an ineffective or inadequate intake of oral feeding (infant has order of gavage feeding between 5-15 cc at each feeding); no longer requiring respiratory support or supplemental oxygen; and absences of cleft lip and palate, grade IV Intraventricular hemorrhage and recent esophageal repair or perforation, nasopharynx anomalies, sepsis, necrotizing enterocolitis, intestinal obstruction, heart disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: New changes in the baby that causes to be NPO (nothing by mouth) ; need of respiratory support through ventilation or continuous positive airway pressure

MeasureTime frame
Heart rate. Timepoint: 2 minutes before the start of the intervention and then every 2 minutes during the procedure and then every 2 minutes during 30 minutes after the procedure completed. Method of measurement: With Cardiopulmonary Monitoring.;Oxygen saturation. Timepoint: 2 minutes before the start of the intervention and then every 2 minutes during the procedure and then every 2 minutes during 30 minutes after the procedure completed. Method of measurement: Wiith Cardiopulmonary Monitoring.
