Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Exist pleural effusion on radiography or ultrasound; Exudative pleural effusion diagnosis; Ability to do thoracentesis. Exclusion criteria: Renal failure; coagulopathy; Skeletal deformities that impair thoracentesis; Lack of consent
