Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy 15-years old boys in high school

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severely clinical sick and disabled in terms of: Severe cardiovascular disease Anemia Liver and kidney disorders Mal-absorption In addition in control group adolescents who have received even one mega-dose

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Serum 25-OH vitamin D. Timepoint: At the baseline, 12 and 24 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: HPLC.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Lipid profile (LDL, HDL, cholesterol and Triglyceride). Timepoint: At the baseline, 12 and 24 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Authoanalyser.
