Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Infertile men with primary infertility and left-sided varicocele (grade II and III) and without female factor infertility. Exclusion criteria: Men with grade I varicocele, Azoospermia, leukocytospermia, anatomical disorders, consumption of drug and occupational exposure
