Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) patients more than 18 years old; 2) tympanic perforation =50 %. Exclusion criteria: 1) pre operative medical problems such as asthma, diabetes, coagulation disorders, cardiovascular disease, basic metabolic disorder, immune system deficiency and chronic liver or renal disease; 2) Smoker patients; 3) revision canal wall down tympanomastoidectomy; 4) Patients with preoperative mixed hearing loss; 5) Patients with contra-lateral ear disease.

MeasureTime frame
Tympanic membrane graft success rate. Timepoint: 6 months after operation. Method of measurement: Observation by ENT specialist.;Hearing results. Timepoint: before operation - 6 months after operation. Method of measurement: pure tone audiometry.
