Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 20 to 35 with bilateral ovarian endometriomas measuring =3 cm, who are candidates for endometriosis surgery according to the guideline's recommendation At the time of enrollment, at least 3 months should have passed since the patient’s last hormonal therapy Having bilateral endometriomas

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of laparotomy Uncontrolled diabetes History of allergies History of autoimmune diseases and other chronic diseases History of bleeding diseases or pelvic infections Malignancy or suspicion of malignancy on ultrasound Any endocrine disease that affects ovarian function, e.g. thyroid dysfunction, hyperprolactinemia

MeasureTime frame
Ovarian reserve level. Timepoint: Changes in anti-Mullerian hormone levels in patients before, 3 months, and 9 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Measurement of serum anti-mullerian hormone (ELISA, Pars Azmoun kit).

Number of ovarian antral follicles. Timepoint: Before surgery and 3 and 9 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Ultrasound.;Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).
