Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: affected with papulopustular rosacea. Exclusion criteria: mild rosacea stage 1 with mild erythema without lesions; presence of ocular signs or symptoms; steroidal rosacea; previous history of sensitivity to permethrin or metronidazole; breastfeeding.
