Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria?:?having at least the Nursing Assistant degree ; Minimum of six Month experience in hospital; ?Not having? ?acquired and secondary? ?Musculoskeletal injuries according to the person's report.? Exclusion criteria:being absence in any training session; pregnancy during the study; ?Acute serious physical and mental disorders, according to person's report; Malignancies; ?failure to fill in the questionnaire
