No training will be considered for the control group, except the routine school trainings.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Adolescent Aged 13 to 15 Years; Do Not Have Any Chronic Disease; Tendency to Take Part in the Study; Not on a Diet Exclusion Criteria: Not Completing the Questionnaires; not Cooperating
