Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to cooperate diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroidits (by endocrinologist) aged between 20-70 Body mass index between 25 - 35

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or lactation Kidney disorders Following weight loss diets 3 months before the beginning of study Use of anti-coagulant agents, slimming and fat-burning drugs, fiber powder Presence of any blood clotting issues
