Intervention 1: Intervention group: Intravenous ketamine 4 mg / kg (Rotex Co, Germany), diluted in 5 ml of normal saline ( Samen Co, Iran). Intervention 2: Intervention group: Intravenous dexamethason

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnancy between 35 to 40 weeks Indication for cesarean section

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preeclampsia Eclampsia
