Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses working for at least six months in the psychiatric ward

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: mental health disorder Problems such as family conflict or dear lamentation Passing communication skills course or anger management

Anger. Timepoint: At the beginning of the intervention, immediately after the intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Spielberger questionnaire.

Communication skills. Timepoint: Before intervention and immediately after intervention and 8 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Barton Communication Skills Questionnaire.
