Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: At least 24 hours after delivery Getting a score less than 3.5 based on the GHQ12 questionnaire by couples Getting a score above 38 based on the Brockington's Postpartum Bonding Questionnaire Term and healthy baby Single pregnancy Access to the phone with the ability to connect to WhatsApp Living with spouse
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having post-partum medical and obstetric complications (bleeding, infection, hospitalization in intensive care unit, etc.) Having a known psychiatric illness Simultaneous participation in similar training classes
