45 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Persons between 45 and 60 year old; Radiological Classification: Kellgren-Lawrence scale greater or equal to 2; Body mass index greater than 30kg/m2; Ability to follow during the study period Exclusion Criteria:Grater osteoarthritis Grad than 2; Previous chondral surgury; Patients with diabetes mellitus, systemic lupus erythematosus, hepatitis, HIV , malignancy, Alzheimer, addiction to opioids; Treatment with growth factor in the 1 months prior to inclusion in the study; Patients with a history of septicemia, viral or fungal infection; History of radiotheraphy; Patients with long term contact with poisonous compounds

MeasureTime frame
Increasing of articular cartilage thickness of knee and repair tissue over subchondral bone in MRI. Timepoint: Before treatment and 6 months after treatment. Method of measurement: MRI scaling.;Pain severity. Timepoint: Before treatment and two weeks, 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment. Method of measurement: Lequesne index for pain.

MeasureTime frame
Knee joint function by WOMAC index. Timepoint: Before treatment and two weeks, 1, 3 and 6 months after tratment. Method of measurement: WOMAC index.
