Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Have an associate or higher degree in disciplines of medical emergency, anesthesia,operating room or nursing; Be interested in participation in the study. Work in Shiraz Disaster Management and Medical Emergency Center. Exclusion criteria: Have no interest in participating in research; Not to participate in the educational program.
