Intervention 1: Intervention group: Glycosin oral tablet, twice daily, for 8 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: Placebo oral tablet, twice daily, for 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 60 years old Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes according to ADA criteria Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) between 7 and 9%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Using alcohol and other substances which cab be abused Pregnancy Lactation
