Intervention group: Arterial blood sampling with two needles in sizes 23G and 30G.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants in this study are all non-conscious patients admitted to the intensive care unit who require an arterial blood test for them. Inclusion criteria include: patients who need to perform arterial blood gases, positive Allen test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: criteria for leaving the study are those who do not undergo arterial tests, as well as patients whose level of consciousness is based on the Glasgow Coma GCS score of 3 . Also, patients whose families do not consent to participate in the study are also excluded from the study.
